Formula Drift Licensing

This is a 4-round points series held over the course of 2 double header weekends. Each round will be held on a single day including practice, qualifying and judged competition. The points champion at the end of the series will win a Formula Drift PROSPEC license for the following year!

Formula Drift Pro and ProSpec drivers are allowed compete in Pro-Am events.

ND Drift Pro-Am Formula Drift Licensing Series Dates

  • Round 1: June 14
  • Round 2: June 15
  • Round 3: Sept 20
  • Round 4: Sept 21

Tech Requirements

Vehicles competing in this series must meet Formula Drift tech requirements to compete as you’re expected to be ready to make the jump to the Pro Am series once you’re licensed. We plan to run this series for several years, so if the current year isn’t doable to get your vehicle up to spec you can still shoot for the next year.

Tire rule:
– Maximum tire width is 255mm
– No treadwear restrictions
– Tire size is determined by the OEM marking on the sidewall of the tire (OEM markings may not be tampered with)
